This policy explains how New Friends House (the "Company") protects personal information while operating SENA NOTE.

Collection and use of personal information

1.1. New Friends House (the "Company") collects the following minimum personal information from users (or "Members") to provide the SENA NOTE service (the "Service").

  • • Sign-up and sign-in: email address, name, profile photo, and sign-in account identifier (information provided by your Apple, Google, or other sign-in account)
  • • Use of the Service: records you create, such as notes, diaries, and photos, purchase and subscription history, and token balance

1.2. The collected personal information is used to provide the Service, manage accounts, manage payments and subscriptions, understand usage and improve the Service, handle complaints, and measure advertising performance. If you have agreed, it is also used to send marketing emails.

Retention and deletion of personal information

2.1. The Company securely retains users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and destroys it without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled.

2.2. Users may request deletion of their personal information by emailing contact@sngm.cc.
